Overview

We worked closely with New Forest District Council, and their contractor F.E. Chase, as the Energy Consultant for this new build development of 12 flats.

What we did

• Provided an Energy Statement in support of the planning application for the scheme.

• Undertook energy modelling for the tender of the scheme, determining the specification needed to meet the Government's proposed Future Homes Standard.

• Carried out full SAP calculations for the construction stage.

• Issued Energy Performance Certificates.
